What are CrepStars?
CrepStars are a unique and revolutionary modern take on the traditional slipper. Instead of clunky, unfashionable styling, sheepskin, tweed or leather we have designed a hi-tech solution for a new generation of slipper wearers who want to combine clean, cosy indoor shoes with an up to date trainer style look and feel.
Are CrepStars for men or women?
CrepStars are unisex of course although we do have plans in the pipeline for a more feminine looking line of products in the near future.
Can I wash my CrepStars?
CrepStars have been machine wash tested but as with all footwear we wouldn’t recommend washing too frequently, or using a tumble drier.
What materials are used?
The upper is made from a lightweight breathable mesh material that closely fits the contours of your foot for ultimate comfort. The memory foam insole will provide support to your foot as well as a soft and cosy feel for a real slipper experience. The outer sole of the slipper is EVA, a foam padding that is often used in running shoes, moulded soles or orthotics. EVA is used in sports equipment, like shin guards, ski boots, boxing gloves and bike saddles, and is an ideal material to provide a flexible yet hard wearing sole for our CrepStars indoor trainers.
Do CrepStars have arch support?
In order to keep CrepStars as flexible and comfortable as possible we haven’t created a full arch support structure in our slippers. As CrepStars are designed to be worn to relax around the home rather than out walking or jogging, the soft memory foam insole gives a greater level of comfort and flexibility.
Are CrepStars suitable for outdoor wear?
CrepStars are designed to be indoor footwear with outdoor styling. They are perfect for wearing around the home, and will easily stand up to popping out to grab something from the car or nipping out to the corner shop.
What are the advantages of EVA soles?
Ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) is a high tech modern material which offers great flexibility and durability. It is waterproof and highly insulating, meaning your feet will stay warm and dry even if you have to pop out of the house.
How can I find my size?
Our handy sizing guide will give you all the information you need to find your suggested shoe size. We currently stock UK shoe sizes 7,8,9 and 10 in Black, Khaki and White versions of our versatile indoor trainers.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
CrepStars come in stylish branded box packaging but if you have a special requirement please do get in touch.
Where are you located?
We are based in the South West of England in Yeovil, and our local team are passionate about our new product and spreading the word about our unique indoor trainers.
What delivery options do you offer?
Depending on your requirements we offer two different delivery levels. Express 1-2 days and Standard 2-4 days. We always endeavor to process and dispatch your order within 24 hours.
How can I make a return?
We are proud of the quality of our indoor trainers and hope you will be thrilled with your purchase. If you have a need to make a return for any reason visit our refund policy page.
Is there a warranty?
We don’t offer a specific warranty on our indoor trainers but of course in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and our returns policy we will issue a full refund for any goods not as described or not fit for purpose. We want you to love your CrepStars so we only use high quality materials and are always on the look out for feedback on how we can improve our slippers.
