If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return your CrepStars for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your CrepStars must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.

Your full refund will be issued once we have received them.
Your satisfaction is hugely important to us. Therefore we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied we will offer a replacement or refund the full price of any product returned to us.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you want to exchange your CrepStars for a different size or colour for free then please get in touch
Returning gifted Crepstars
If you received CrepStars as an un-wanted gift. You can return them to us but the refund will go back to the purchasers account.
