Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Your satisfaction is hugely important to us. Therefore we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied we will offer a replacement or refund the full price of any product returned to us.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible.
The cost of postage will be deducted from any refunds even during postage offers, unless the shoes are deemed as faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
